5. Civil Defence Shelter Shock Mounting Design
Any mounting support of M&E services relating to Civil Defence public shelters is required by BCA to have a detailed design from a Professional Engineer.Such instances include public hospital shelters, which we have designed for at KTP Hospital and Sengkang General Hospital. Our engineers are proficient in shock calculations for all types of mounting for ducting, equipment and cables.
6. Bio-Hazard & Chemical Laboratory Design
Laboratories dealing with biohazards and chemicals have unique safety issues which need to be covered to ensure environment and personnel safety.We approach lab design by carefully considering how practical, accessible and constructible it should be. Apart from this, we make certain it meets our clients’ planned objectives beyond the basic health and safety requirements. 7. Fire Certification Inspection
SCDF requires building owners and developers to renew their fire certificates annually so as to maintain the integrity of their fire protection systems. Owners are to arrange for a Professional Engineer to perform such annual tests and submit PE-endorsed reports to SCDF.We have qualified engineers to carry out the inspection and testing of your fire safety systems and provide advice on non-compliances.
8. Air Conditioning & Mechanical Ventilation (ACMV) System Design
At Pixel Consultants, we work with our clients to create energy-efficient, comfortable and cost-effective facilities. We are involved in ACMV system design for a wide discipline of commercial and industrial applications with compliance to relevant codes of practice.Our scope of works includes ACMV system design for office buildings, shopping malls, clean rooms and process cooling. These range in many types such as central chilled water systems and Variable Refrigerant Volume type systems. Utilising environment-conscious design methods, we have also achieved Green Mark Gold rating for some of our ACMV projects.
